72b5d319f1 refactor: rename GetStepupStatus Unk field to GachaType 
Ghidra decompilation of mhfo-hd.dll shows all gacha packets use a
trailing uint8 for gacha type (0=normal, 1=stepup, 4=box). The server
ignores it since it derives the type from GachaID.
