This should make it easier to help people troubleshoot networked setups.
Consider telling people to try connecting to the address with a web browser on the client's machine.

Fixed some mistakes in the ru json ( #1312 )
...
* Don't know what Dispatch means and can't really find it in Russian anywhere, not a specialist anyway so decided to not invent things.
* lost some symbols accidentally
* accidentally messed up some escape characters. translated a bit more
